We take responsibility for lost/undelivered goods only if we are not able to provide scanned delivery slip provided by Shipper.
Due to it being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to customs issues and/or for any excise duties levied on a consignment.
Items in stock will leave stores next working day after payment is confirmed.
Due to limited availability of some of the goods we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. We accept no liability for delays caused by goods being out of stock. If you have requested multiple shipments we will debit the second and any subsequent shipments carriage charges from your card.
